Belinda Driscoll is the Managing Director for Kimberly-Clark Australia and New Zealand, responsible for leading the company’s strategy and business operations in the region.
Belinda joined Kimberly-Clark as Senior Marketing Director in 2020. Under her leadership the business has launched a number of new sustainable product innovations and established a strong pipeline for future growth. Prior to Kimberly-Clark, Belinda spent 17 years at Johnson & Johnson, serving in several international and local leadership roles in consumer, whilst most recently she led the largest business unit within J&J Medical.
Belinda has extensive experience managing sophisticated global retailers, she is passionate about sustainability and she’s a strong advocate for building culturally diverse and inclusive workplace cultures.
Belinda has a Bachelor of Business from RMIT, Melbourne.
As General Manager for Kimberly-Clark Professional Australia and New Zealand, Simon Christensen leads our B2B operations, which focuses on creating exceptional workplaces through the supply of our wide range of professional products and services from brands such as Kleenex, Scott, Wypall, Kimtech and KleenGuard.
Having worked with Kimberly-Clark Professional for 23 years, Simon has an extensive understanding of the business and it’s operations. He has held various roles within the organisation, including Sales and Marketing, where he led teams and oversaw projects in ANZ and the APAC region.
He holds a Bachelor of Business, Marketing from the Queensland University of Technology.
Gabbi Davidson is Personal Care Marketing Director for Kimberly-Clark Australia and New Zealand, responsible for the development and growth of our personal care brands Huggies, U by Kotex, Poise and Depend, as well as Digital and R&E.
Gabbi joined Kimberly-Clark in 2008, as a Marketing Graduate and has vast experience working across our different brands both from a marketing and category perspective. Gabbi has held a number of senior leadership positions, including leading the Family Care (Paper) Marketing team and most recently lead for the Baby and Childcare Marketing Team.
Gabbi has a deep understanding of the business and is incredibly passionate about providing our consumers with a range of high quality products which best meet their needs.
Gabbi holds a Bachelor of Business (majors in Marketing and Economics) from the University of Technology Sydney.
Nathan McLachlan, is the Category and Commercial Strategy Director, responsible for driving our commercial insight and capability agenda across Australia and New Zealand. Nathan joined Kimberly-Clark in 2019 as our Finance Director and spearheaded the transformation of our RGM strategy, elevated our compliance culture and guided our organisation to strong financial outcomes.
Prior to Kimberly-Clark, Nathan held various leadership positions at Coca Cola Amatil, including General Manager Finance – Planning Data and Analytics and Acting CFO for Australia Beverages Division, Head of Revenue Management and Head of Finance – Grocery.
Nathan has a Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting and Business Law from UNSW, is a Chartered Accountant and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
As General Counsel, George Papanikitas advises and provides support on a diverse range of legal matters affecting the Australian and New Zealand businesses. George joined Kimberly-Clark in 2013 as Senior Legal Counsel. Since then, George has held a number of roles, most recently serving as Regional Legal Counsel for the Asia Pacific (APAC) Kimberly-Clark Professional division.
Prior to joining Kimberly-Clark, George worked as a senior transactional lawyer in a number of corporate law firms in Australia and abroad. George has extensive experience in dealing with legal matters in highly competitive and heavily regulated commercial environments within Australia and the broader APAC region. George holds a Bachelor of Laws / Commerce (Finance) degree from the University of NSW.
Sarah Schmalz is Human Resources Director for Kimberly-Clark Australia and New Zealand, responsible for developing strategies that foster an engaged, performance-driven culture as well as building employee capabilities to drive innovation and sustainable growth within the ANZ business.
Sarah joined Kimberly-Clark in 2021 from Allianz Australia where she was most recently Head of Talent & Leadership, driving cultural change across the organisation and implementing transformational capability programs in close collaboration with the local leadership team. She has also held leadership positions at Optus, Craveable Brands and Credit Corp Group.
Sarah holds an MBA (major in Change), a Bachelor of Science (major in Psychology) and a Bachelor of Social Science (majors in Human Resources and Social Research) from the University of New South Wales.
Cam Scott is the General Manager for Kimberly-Clark’s New Zealand business, responsible for leading all operations in the country.
Cam joined Kimberly-Clark in 2019 with a wealth of FMCG knowledge, having previously worked for Fonterra in New Zealand for the last 10 years, most recently as General Manager for Grocery. During this time, he also worked on the Fonterra global business, gaining exposure to global markets and their different challenges. Prior to this, Cam held a number of management and marketing positions at Cottonsoft, Lion Nathan and Diageo.
Throughout his career, Cam has led a number of successful transformations by focusing on people, improving ways of working, understanding consumers, building long-lasting customer relationships and developing a sharper focus on driving business results.
Cam has a Bachelor of Management, Marketing and Strategic Management from the University of Waikato in New Zealand.
Annelise Tregoning is the Director of Communications and Government Affairs for Kimberly-Clark Australia and New Zealand, responsible for leading the company’s corporate affairs agenda, engaging with government agencies, industry associations and advocacy groups as well as driving the company’s sustainability strategy.
Annelise joined Kimberly-Clark in 2020 with more than 12 years’ experience executing internal and external communications strategies for large, global organisations.
She previously held the role of External Affairs Manager at Lion, where she successfully led a number of initiatives to promote the company as a thought leader within the industry. Prior to her role at Lion, Annelise held a number of positions within the legal industry including most recently as the Head of Corporate Affairs at global law firm, Baker McKenzie.
Annelise holds a Master of International Communication and a Bachelor of Arts, Languages from Macquarie University, Sydney.
David Walker, is the Finance Director, responsible for managing the company’s financial strategy and driving business and financial performance across Australia and New Zealand.
David joined Kimberly-Clark in 2017, as our Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, successfully transforming our reporting systems and implementing stronger governance across the business.
Prior to joining Kimberly-Clark, David held a number of local and global roles at Unilever, including Category Finance Manager - UK & Ireland and Financial Controller – Western Europe for Unilever’s professional Hair Care company TIGI.
David has a Bachelor of Accounting from UTS, Sydney.
Dean Calder is the Consumer Sales Director, responsible for executing strategic customer business plans and driving category growth to enhance Kimberly-Clark’s market leadership position in key categories within Australia.
Dean joined Kimberly-Clark in 2024 from Danone, where he was previously ANZ Sales Director. He has extensive experience working across grocery, pharmacy plus emerging channels and has held a number of senior commercial roles spanning sales and category at Danone, Nestlé and Lion. Dean brings a passion for building culture, while enhancing customer relationships and optimising consumer experiences.
Dean has a Bachelor in Psychology/Sociology and a Post Grad Diploma in Marketing.
