Michael Hsu is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for Kimberly-Clark Corporation and serves on its Board of Directors.
Before becoming CEO in January 2019, Mr. Hsu served as chief operating officer, leading day-to-day operations of Kimberly-Clark’s business units, along with the global innovation, marketing, and supply chain functions. Joining Kimberly-Clark in 2012 as group president of the company’s nearly $8 billion North American Consumer Products business, he quickly became known as a leader with passion and vision who could drive growth and value creation.
Prior to Kimberly-Clark, Mr. Hsu held senior and executive leadership roles at Kraft Foods. Before Kraft, he spent six years at H.J. Heinz, holding the positions of vice president of marketing for Ore-Ida and Frozen Meals, and later as president for Foodservice. He launched his career in the consumer products industry as a consultant with Booz Allen & Hamilton, where he rose to partner in the firm's consumer practice.
Mr. Hsu earned a bachelor's degree from Carnegie-Mellon University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
As Chief Human Resources Officer for Kimberly-Clark, Sandi Karrmann has global responsibility for the human resources function, including talent recruiting, development and performance management, labor relations, compensation, and employee benefits.
Prior to joining Kimberly-Clark in 2021, Ms. Karrmann's experience spanned several key senior leadership roles at PepsiCo, YUM!, Pizza Hut, and Tenet Health. She has a bachelor's degree in psychology and communications from the University of Michigan and a master's degree in finance from the University of Southern California.
As Chief Growth Officer for Kimberly-Clark, Alison Lewis has the responsibility to drive growth through global marketing, innovation, and commercial capabilities. A veteran in the consumer goods industry, Alison has served in leadership positions at Johnson & Johnson, the Coca- Cola Company, and Kraft Foods.
Alison joined Kimberly-Clark from Johnson & Johnson in 2019, having served most recently as Chief Marketing Officer of the Global Consumer business.
In Kimberly-Clark’s top growth role, Alison believes in the power of brand building with a purpose-led and digital-first lens while ensuring that innovation, in-market execution, and price-to-value realization delight and inspire consumers and shoppers every day.
A native of Canada, Alison earned her Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queens University, Kingston, Ontario.
As Chief Research and Development Officer for Kimberly-Clark, Robert Long has global responsibility for the company's research, development, innovation, and quality functions, and is charged with accelerating growth through innovation that addresses opportunities to elevate the company’s trusted brands.
Mr. Long has more than four decades of research and development, quality, and innovation leadership within the consumer products goods industry. He joined Kimberly-Clark in 2021 after a 17-year tenure with The Coca-Cola Company that included senior leadership roles across countries and sectors, culminating in his most recent role as Coca-Cola's senior vice president for Global R&D and chief innovation officer. Long's experience also includes 25 years at Procter and Gamble where he led research and development for feminine care in multiple markets as well as detergents, cosmetics, and coffee.
Mr. Long attended Princeton University, graduating with a Chemical Engineering degree, and earned an MBA in Finance from Xavier University of Ohio.
As Chief Strategy Officer for Kimberly-Clark, Paula S. Vaz Ramos has global responsibility for the company's enterprise strategy.
Prior to joining Kimberly-Clark in 2021, Ms. Ramos was a partner at McKinsey & Company. In her 18 years at McKinsey, she advised some of the world's largest consumer goods manufacturers, retailers, and pharmaceutical companies on finding new sources of growth, transforming business portfolios, driving commercial and culture transformations, and building lasting competitive advantages. Ms. Ramos led the firm's global consumer health practice and played pivotal roles in McKinsey's inclusion and diversity programs.
A native Brazilian, Ms. Ramos holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a Magna Cum Laude high honors degree in commerce from McGill University.
As group president of Kimberly-Clark's North American consumer business, Russ Torres is responsible for the company's Personal Care and Consumer Tissue businesses in the U.S. and Canada, which are home to some of the world's most recognized and trusted consumer brands. He previously served as president of the Kimberly-Clark Professional business, which provides a wide range of commercial products and services globally.
Mr. Torres joined Kimberly-Clark in 2020 with more than 20 years of experience within the consumer product goods industry, spanning several key senior leadership roles at Bain & Company, Mondelez International/Kraft Foods Inc., and Newell Brands, where he last served as group president, leading five divisions, 11 brands, and nearly $6 billion in revenue in over 40 countries. He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and a Magna Cum Laude high honors degree in physics from Dartmouth College.
As president of Kimberly-Clark's Latin American consumer business, Gonzalo Uribe leads the company's operations across Brazil, Central America and the Caribbean, and the Andean and Southern Cone regions of South America.
Since joining Kimberly-Clark in 2017, he has built an impressive record of results leading the Andean and North Latin America subregions. Prior to joining the company, Uribe held roles of increasing responsibility with Mondelez, Kraft, Cadbury, and Nabisco.
Gonzalo Uribe studied at the ICESI University Business School in Cali, Colombia, and holds a master’s degree in International Trade.
As president of Kimberly-Clark's Asia-Pacific consumer business, Tristram Wilkinson is responsible for the company's largest international region with operations in more than 30 countries, including China, India, Australia, Korea, and the ASEAN member states.
Since joining Kimberly-Clark in 1995 from Scott Paper, Wilkinson has worked in successive leadership roles in marketing and customer and general management across each of the company’s categories. He previously led the company’s EMEA consumer business, as well as operations in the UK & Ireland, and served as Vice President and Managing Director of Kimberly-Clark's consumer business in Central and Eastern Europe.
Wilkinson earned a master’s degree in Management from St. Andrews University, Scotland, and also studied Spanish at Salamanca University, Spain.
