Purpose
At Kimberly-Clark, our purpose is to create Better Care for a Better World. Established in 1952, the work of our Foundation is a natural extension of this purpose—using our resources, expertise, and global reach to drive positive change in the communities where we live and work.
The Foundation plays an important role in helping to achieve our company’s ambition to advance the well-being of 1 billion people in underserved global communities by 2030.
By focusing on essential care for women and girls, the Kimberly-Clark Foundation ensures that our philanthropy is not only impactful, but also deeply connected to what we do as a company every day.
Providing Care through Strategic Partnerships
The Kimberly-Clark Foundation works to advance essential care for women and girls – with a particular focus on maternal and infant health and menstrual health. Its goal is driving systems change in communities around the world for generations to come.
Through strategic partnerships and long-term investments, the Foundation partners with global NGOs and local nonprofits to help deliver meaningful and sustainable change in line with its strategy. Two of our key long-term global partners include UNICEF and Plan International.

Community Engagement
At Kimberly-Clark, we believe that our community engagement activities strengthen the communities in which we operate, enhance our reputation, bolster our brand as an employer, and drive goodwill among our employees. We continue to be inspired by our employees’ commitment to their communities, which is why through the Foundation, we are also honored to give back and support the communities in which our employees live and work.
Each year, the Kimberly-Clark Foundation’s Community Partners program provides $500 grants to charitable organizations with which U.S. employees, or their spouses have volunteered at least 30 hours. U.S. employees can also double their personal donations to qualified charitable organizations through the Foundation’s Matching Gifts program. In 2024, the Kimberly-Clark Foundation donated over $200,000 in total to support these initiatives.
