Kimberly-Clark is committed to maintaining a safe and secure global supply chain. As such, many of our entities are certified in Trusted Trader Programs (CTPAT, AEO). As a member of these programs, Kimberly-Clark is obligated to engage with our business partners who ship cross-border to ensure strong supply chain security processes, controls and overall efficiency of trade.

For supply chain partners who ship cross-border, Kimberly-Clark requires Suppliers to demonstrate a commitment to supply chain security including, but not limited to:

Completion of an annual supply chain security self-assessment
Compliance with requests that Kimberly-Clark reasonably believes are necessary to maintain its government supply chain security certification
Allow unannounced physical site assessments by Kimberly-Clark and/or onsite verifications by customs authorities
